INNER SHIFT INSIGHT no.18

“When fate hands you a lemon, make lemonade” .…..Dale Carnegie

Everyone of us has challenges in life. To some of them, we react destructively. We can however, find an easier way to experience life by accepting everything that comes to us, whether we consider it to be good or bad in the moment.

It’s often hard to appreciate the importance of a situation in the moment, it’s always seen different after time passes. But we don’t have for wait for time to pass. We can initiate the appreciation by realizing that any challenge, person or problem coming into our life is set with resources, forces and special meaning.

We can choose to accept it. Not as good or bad, but simply as what is.

Shift of the month:
Identify a current challenge in your life, whether it is a person or a situation. Stop thinking of it as bad and accept that it is what it is.  From this place of acceptance, you will broaden your outlook and discover the possibilities and special meaning. You now have the option to “make lemonade from the lemon”.
