Stop the Blame Game
“When an inner situation is not made conscious, it appears outside of you as fate”…..Carl Jung
Would you like to stop blaming and judging others when you know it’s something in you that needs attention? This is called “projection”, being just what it sounds like. An image reflected onto a screen, only in this case, the screen is another person.
That’s exactly how it works psychologically. There is an issue that has been pushed into the subconscious and it needs attention. That issue has energy and is constantly looking for release from its prison in the subconscious. So, it is projected outward to the external world and the issue is suddenly seen in someone else. This is also true for our positive traits that we cannot see or acknowledge. When we know this and work with this, it is an amazing tool for healing ourselves and our relationships.
In Stop the Blame Game workshop we will discuss “projection”, use exercises and examples of how to recognize projection, and you will have an opportunity to gain support, clarity and insight into an issue that you are experiencing. We will also explore the very positive side of projection.
This workshop is perfect for you if you are struggling with consistent judgment or blame, or simply want to learn about this powerful tool for self-healing and deeper self-understanding.
